Persistence pays off!
Another group of speeders is currently competing on Karpathos. After ten days of preparing and waiting, the 14th of August brought the expected good speed conditions. Christian Borneman, Tomislav Jaklin and myself (Tim Otte) scored all PBs on that day, Christian scored with 72,60 km/h (39,2 knots) the third best 5×10 sec average this year!
No change at the top of score board, Twan and Eric sitting in a solid lead position, with Alex, Konstantinos and Minos the greek speed elite behind, and four germans now under the Top Ten – and still some time to go!
Over 500 session uploaded, 15.500 km sailed!
